Health & Welfare

The Health & Welfare of our members and families is a top priority of the BAC Local #3 NY Funds offices! As a natural result of this philosophy we have partnered with The Employee Assistance Program of Rochester (EAP) to provide many services for our members and families! Services are available to active employees, retirees and their dependents. The EAP can help you and your loved ones with personal, financial and work-related issues to name a few. Apprenticeship Training Schedule

• Full time during the months of January, February & March. Exact dates TBD (All Chapters)
• Cross training for Journeymen will be after Apprentice classes, TBD

Welding Training Schedule - (Rochester only)

• Two nights a week beginning in September, ending in April
• Nights and times TBD
